If your bridal Shower or anniversary is looking for a unique spin. Our team will navigate and execute to create the back drop for an experience you’ll never forget. Spaces and Menus change with the seasons and can be tailored to any occasion from a classic Sunday Brunch, a grand banquet dinner with grazing tables, a cocktail event or shared style feast. Frequently Asked Questions

Some of our most frequently asked questions about or event space and policies.

A $500.00 security deposit and Insurance certificate are required with all bookings. The client agrees and understands any of the below terms do not adhere to that and will forfeit the client’s deposit.

  • Sales of food or any products will not be permitted during client event unless sanctioned by EVE
  • No rental of any product will be permitted in the venue during the client event
  • No Shisha or smoking permitted during events
  • Damage to walls or venue from decor application by the client or client vendor will forfeit deposit
  • No Use of the kitchen unless pre-authorization is given and/or an additional fee is paid
  • Any damage to the venue that occurs during a client event caused by a clients patrons will be the responsibility of the client.
  • Deposit will be forfeited If the client leaves decor, alcohol, food or kitchen utensils for pickup

Locate the booking portal here. Fill out the form as required. After 24-48 hours, someone will contact you with a quote or to confirm any needed details. Once our office receives the deposit and the signed agreement, your date will be held.

Does Eve Event Space have a kitchen?

Yes, we have a dedicated kitchen for catering use.

Can I choose my own caterer?
Yes, there will be a landmark fee applied. We do have a list of preferred vendors available, but you are not limited to those vendors.

Can we cook on-site?
Yes, Please request when filling out event booking forms to request usage. There is an additional charge of $500.

Are there any limitations on decorations?
Just one, nothing permanent. You are welcome to decorate to fit your needs with any decorations that can be removed, without harming the venue. No nails, staples, tapes, or glues that leave a sticky residue. Decorators will need to consult with EVE management prior to starting the job.

Can I drop the items off on Thursday for my event on Friday?
We are here to work with you, if there is an event happening the day before, we cannot ensure that you will be able to drop off items. Although, all items are to arrive when you or your vendors arrive and are to be taken off the property when your event ends.

Do you allow candles?
Yes, candles can be used as part of the décor for your event. Under the condition, the candle is in votive with 1” above the tip of the flame. No permit is necessary. Open flames are prohibited.

Do you provide rentals?
For all rental inquiries and assistance connect with your point of contact at Eve Event Space.
Does The Eve Event Space provide house staff before and during the event?
Eve Event Space provides a basic clean-up of the venue prior to the event. Trash monitoring, bathroom attendants and venue supervisor during the hours of the event. If servers are needed for your event, Eve Event Space will provide extra services for an additional fee.

Is the space wheelchair accessible?
Yes, it is. Both levels have accessible bathrooms and a designated area for those with accessibility issues.

Does Eve Event Space have updated air conditioning systems?
Yes, Eve Event Space installed a top-of-the-line heating and air conditioning system, with complete air conditioning and individual room temperature controls.

Does Eve Event Space provide complimentary WiFi?
We provide access to high-speed Wi-Fi to clients.

What is the maximum number of seated guests allowed?
Eve Event Space accommodates up to 150 seated with tables

Does Eve Event Space have updated sound and lighting systems?
Yes, Eve Event Space has made sure to acquire state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems in place.
Am I responsible for any of the cleaning?
All items brought in by clients or their vendors and guests will need to be removed. This includes decor, any electronics or furniture. All the tables should be cleared, with only the linens remaining if rented by Eve. The kitchen and bar should be free of food and beverages.
Eve assumes no responsibility for any items left behind by the client or their vendors /patrons. The further client will forfeit the security deposit as per our security deposit policy.
